个人简历并不是公文,也不是什么应用文,我们在上学期间并没有学习个人简历的具体格式,求职者们写的个人简历基本上都是根据简历模板来填写。而个人简历的模板是求职者根据实践以及企业的招聘要求而设计,相关个人简历的规范实际上是约定俗称,大家之所以将其定为规范,是因为这个规范下的个人简历在求职中更利于HR来阅读。

一份规范性的个人简历可以使用范围更广,在现实中不少人编写个人简历,并非之投递给一家公司。求职者以规范化的要求来写个人简历,可以被录取的几率更大,而且规范的个人简历要修改也比较容易。
