检查你的简历：招聘方肯定不看的简历
有如下特点的简历95%的情况下都会被直接删除：
·邮件名称是《简历》，邮件本身没有内容，只贴了个附件(多是写着简历字样的pdf或doc文件)——如果候选人没想法应聘什么职位，招聘方更没兴趣帮我们想。
·同时应聘公司n个职位的候选人简历——我见过从软件工程师、测试工程师一直投到cto的候选人，招聘方会认为这种人不清楚自己想做什么，也不清楚自己的能力到底有多强。
·自述过长的简历——超过200字的自我评价都很少能一眼看出候选人特点，其中充满了没必要的废话，代表候选人逻辑不清楚。
如上所述的简历“技巧”把我们变成了一张可以被随意丢弃的废纸，让简历本身失去了价值。
