简历,当然就是个人的简要经历,其目的是将自己的成绩和能力简明扼要地叙述给对方,所以,简历不需要过度推销。HR们身经百战,通常看一份简历的前三五秒就可以确定你是不是可以进入面试。因此,真正好的简历,是一份真实而且充实的简历,是可以看得到你真实水平的简历,而不是像虚假广告那样,大而不当。

简历的第一个关键词就是“简”。应届生的简历往往很复杂,先来张封面,接着是求职信,两三页的中文简历,两三页的英文简历,往往还会附加什么应届生就业推荐表、各种证书复印件如计算机证书、中高级口译、托福……厚厚一叠,像让招聘者拿到手里就觉得头大。

HR并不喜欢修饰花俏、长篇累牍的简历,看起来麻烦,拿在手上还嫌沉,不如直接扔掉。所以一个比较合适的简历一般只需要1-2张纸就行:一张中文简历、一张英文简历。求职信的话,放在最前或最后都可以,像证书、推荐表一类的根本不用附在后边,面试时HR要求你带你再带过去就可以了。

“简”也绝不是什么都简单,而是要有针对性。应聘什么样职位就列出自己这个方面的专长,学了什么,能做好什么,有什么实践成果和创意设想,并能用真实有效的案例材料作为支持,就已经足够。重要是让你的简历有说服力,俗语说“酒香不怕巷子深”,在这个人人都热衷于推销自己的时代里,简单充实而不花哨的简历反而会让招聘者一看你的简历,就认为你“就是单位急需的人才”,真的没有必要过分在封面设计和内容的排列组合上下无用的功夫。这种真材实料的推销 才能最后赢得你想要的一切。

  简历的第二个关键词就是“历”。顾名思义,就是你自己的真实经历。

真实性是第一位的,千万不要捏造。许多应届生大概在校期间也没有认真做过什么事情,临到写简历忽然发现自己什么可以给别人看的内容都没有,为了让自己看上去比较有竞争力,简历造假竟然成了主流:明明不是优秀干部,却写上自己是;没有去过某家公司实习,非要写上去;或者只在公司待了几天却写成待过几个月;还有捏造自己的外语或者计算机水平的。

普通消费者在使用商品之前是很难清楚广告的真实性的,但是你简历上的经历却可以迅速得到验证。在面试时,面试官会针对你的简历的任何一个方面进行提问,比如你的实习经历,一般都会问到你在实习期间的具体工作,如果你是捏造的,你怎么来回答你没有做过的事情?再比如你的语言能力,如果仅仅是“知道”就不要写“精通”,尤其是在外企面试,不排除你的面试官也会你所列的外语,如果他突然用外语提问,你又怎么能hold住呢?
