英文简历首先牢记三点
(1)对应届生来说,简历最好不要超过一页,绝对不要超过3页
一页纸刚刚好,看着很舒服
两页稍嫌多了
三页纸,我基本上也就不看了
应届生而已,又不是牛叉的专业人才,有那么多经历要写么?
我看过最长的简历也就才4-5页纸,那个人工作了20年,换了5份工作了
(2)除非招聘启事里面提出对相貌有要求,否则最好不要放照片,除非你对自己的精气神有自信
这里的精气神不是指相貌,而是说照片给人的感觉,事实上有些帅哥美女拍出来的照片就是很吓人,也就是不上镜,这个时候最好不要放照片
当然广告公关市场类的职业对相貌有一定要求,这个就没办法了
良好的职业装束照片会给简历加分,即便简历显示的可能说你的资历平平,某些recruiter可能也愿意起码约你聊聊,听听想法(百分之80的recruiter都看重相人之术,这里不是要求帅哥美女,而是指看得舒服),但是,想法,一张不上相的照片绝对是减分的,对于绝大部分人来说,最好还是不上照片的好。
(3)最好不要用表格式的CV
起码我个人比较讨厌,一般做recruiting的人都不喜欢,而且表格因为留下的空间有限,所以也很难反映出求职者的基本情况。
