  催眠对话

面试被提问的时候,无论什么问题,回答的一开始先要点头称是,喊对;如果有机会提问,也要抛出让对方答“是”和“对”的封闭式问题,这样两个人的对话在一开始就进入了互相肯定的思维下意识,这就是催眠的本质——控制对方的思维下意识,这叫催眠对话。

  反面试

你提问题给面试官的时候。说自己思考了很久的问题,就是这家公司和它的竞争对手最大的区别在哪里、对员工的待遇和生涯规划都是怎么考虑的、有什么不同。例如,你面试的公司是可口可乐,那么就问:可口可乐和百事可乐的相比最大区别在哪里,它们对待员工的待遇和生涯规划都是怎么考虑的?

很显然,上述问题都是面试官最熟练的问题,他们通常会职业性的回答上述问题,并且努力向你证明自己的公司是最优秀的。当他说到自己公司比竞争对手优秀的时候,你要请他仔细说明一次,然后予以肯定和赞赏。这样就把面试变成了反面试,也就是他们拼命向你证明自己的公司是最好的,希望你的加入,就达到效果了。

人们都会下意识为自己的立场维护和辩解,要给他们机会辩解,并且证实这个辩解成功。面试官要是为了最终说服你而感到高兴,反面试就成功了,这比去说服对方自己有多优秀要容易多了。

说白了就是要让对方回答你想要他回答的问题,以此来控制话题和时间进度。
