在英文简历上需要通过优势部分来提高通过率,对劣势部分要能够扬长避短。虽然说个人简历中不能有虚假的部分,但是可以适当的包装一下,每一人都有自己的优势,也有一定的劣势,对待优势部分要重点的突出。而在对待不利的信息,则要能有所隐瞒,这是写个人简历的策略之一。例如,在上一份工作上是被辞退的,这一信息对自己求职不利,在写个人简历的时候就可以有意识的避免。
